  •  "An examination of surprise medical bills and proposals to protect consumers from them" In this detailed analysis, claims data from large employer plans are used to estimate the incidence of out-of-network charges associated with hospital stays and emergency visits that could result in a surprise bill.  Article 
  • "Supreme Court to hear cases over ACA risk-corridor funds". The U.S. Supreme Court said today that it will take up cases over whether the federal government must pay billions of dollars to health insurers that sold coverage on the Affordable Care Act exchanges.  Article
  • "CMS to no longer exclude Medicare ACOs from BPCI Advanced savings" Participants in the CMS' advanced bundled payment model will soon be able to apply the benefits of the program to all beneficiaries part of the Medicare Shared Savings Program.  Article
